1. Trial Classes
   • Every new student is offered a free trial classbefore committing to a paid plan.
   • This helps ensure the right teacher, course level, and learning approach are matched to your needs.

2. Refund Eligibility

• Full refundif withdrawal is requested before the start of paid classes.
• No refundsonce regular paid classes have begun, except in special circumstances at the discretion of management.

3. Makeup Classes

• If a teacher cancels a class, a makeup sessionwill be arranged at no extra charge.
• Missed classes due to student absenceare non-refundable.

4. Holidays & Breaks

• Islamic holidays (such as Eid) and public holidays are included in the schedule. These are considered paid breaksand are not refundable.

5. Payment Disputes

• Any payment-related concerns must be reported to support@uloomequran.comwithin 7 days of the issue.
